The website serves as a presentation of the services of the MIJOZ stonemasonry business and a channel for receiving quote enquiries. The content itself is not a legally binding offer — each specific quote is drawn up after the enquiry is received and the material, measurements and project specification are verified.

By submitting an enquiry via the form, the user consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of responding to the enquiry (see the Privacy Policy). Fields marked * are mandatory. The maximum size of attached files is 25 MB. Allowed formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG, DXF.

The calculator on the website provides an indicative estimate and does not constitute a final quotation. The actual price depends on the material specification, processing complexity, installation location and market conditions at the time of order. Differences can be significant — never treat the estimate as a binding price.

All content on the website (text, photography, video, graphic design, source code) is protected by copyright and belongs to MIJOZ d.o.o. or is used with the rights holder's permission. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written consent is not permitted.

Natural stone names (Calacatta, Statuario, Carrara, Nero Impala and similar) are common trade names and are not MIJOZ trademarks.

The website may contain links to external websites (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Maps). MIJOZ is not responsible for the content and privacy of those websites.

MIJOZ makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but assumes no liability for any inaccuracies, typographical errors or technical errors. In the event of discrepancy between the website information and a written quote, the written quote prevails.

Complaints and objections are received at mijozd.o.o@gmail.com. We send a written response within 15 days. In the event of a dispute we will seek an amicable resolution; the court in Osijek, the registered seat of the company, has jurisdiction.

We may amend these terms — the version in force is the one published at the time the website is accessed. The date of the last change is stated below.
